In addition to the wonderful Outer Banks buffet, the Outer Banks Western Sizzlin offers a full menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Step up and order one or our delicious cooked to order Outer Banks steaks, custom order a fluffy 3-egg omelet or grab a sandwich, Western Sizzlin has everything to make your entire Outer Banks group happy. We also have daily specials too. The Outer Banks Western Sizzlin is a little different than other Western Sizzlin’s as we feature Outer Banks seafood selections to accompany our family style menu. Whether its one of our juicy steaks, seafood or chicken or breakfast including our own Outer Banks seafood buffet. And our prices and service can't be beat. The Western Sizzlin Restaurant in Kill Devil Hills and our Old Nags Head General Store is located at mile post 8 3/4, just south of the Wright Brothers Memorial. Our comfortable Outer Banks restaurant accommodates up to 250 and we love families and groups. The Outer Banks Western Sizzlin offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus and a buffet for each meal as well.
The Outer Banks Western Sizzlin Restaurant is available for all kinds of groups and meetings. We can close off several of our dining rooms to accommodate groups and Outer Banks tours as large as 225. The Outer Banks Western Sizzlin regularly accommodates such local groups as the Outer Banks Rotary Club as well as many other local groups. Additionally we can make box lunches prepared for groups on the go! We invite you to call ahead to book your reservations. Large groups, (30 or more), will receive a reduced rate through the months of September-May. If you plan to visit during the months of June-August special accommodations may be available, but you will need to give a call. It would be our pleasure to serve you.
In addition to the satisfying, delicious meals available at the Western Sizzlin, you are welcome to shop in our Old Nags Head General Store. The Old Nags Head General Store is reminiscent of a time when the quality of goods and a helpful, smiling face was a standard practice. Our traditional general store in Kill Devil Hills is known as a meeting and greeting place. It is a crossroads of everyday life. We have stocked our shelves with a variety of notions that are sure to appeal to the entire family. Step back in time and come explore a taste of history and nostalgia.
