To celebrate the culinary traditions of northeastern North Carolina, Outer Banks Epicurean offers a variety of Outer Banks cooking seminars, food-source tours and culinary experiences.
Outer Banks Cooking Classes
Outer Banks Epicurean's ARTFUL COOKING SERIES will be held every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6 - 8pm and on Saturday mornings from 10am - 12pm at Dare County Arts Council (upstairs) in Manteo, North Carolina. These demonstration classes will be led by local chefs & creative food professionals.
Learn to cook Outer Banks Style
The Outer Banks Epicurean has partnered with the Dare County Arts Council (DCAC) to offer a series of Artful Food Demonstration Workshops. Offered three times a week in Dare County Arts Council's new workshop space above Sea & Sounds Gallery, part of the proceeds benefit DCAC and help promote awareness of the culinary arts on the Outer Banks. Over the course of the summer series, many of the area's most beloved chefs and culinary experts will share their expertise, signature dishes, food adventures, culinary skills and more.
Outer Banks Cuisine & Adventure Tours
For a more individualized introduction to coastal Carolina cuisine, Outer Banks Epicurean Tours feature a mix and match menu of Outer Banks culinary experiences. Options include local aqua-culture adventures such as off-shore fishing, crabbing and clamming
All tours are customized, may be grouped or expanded, and vary with the season. Geographic considerations may vary tour options. Accommodations and ground transportation may be arranged, but are not included. Contact Outer Banks Epicurean for customized itineraries for smaller parties.
Private Outer Banks Cooking Classes
Outer Banks Epicurean Chef is available for any type of private cooking or entertaining lesson. Whether you want to learn how to throw a large dinner party, learn new hors d'oeuvres recipes for your next cocktail party or learn how to prepare a complete breakfast spread, we can show you how!
Learn to clean and cook local Outer Banks fish; make quick and healthy meals; learn to bake a cake… the possibilities are endless! Groups of 1 - 100 welcome.
