Outer Banks Brewing Station is one of the largest restaurants on the Outer Banks and features a very skilled workforce to make your Outer Banks dining experience the best meal you will find while visiting. A skilled brewmaster, Scott Meyer, a master brewer out of Berkeley, California is the main man behind all of the wonderful beer at the Outer Banks Brew Station. Formerly a vitner, Scott is a national and international gold medal winner in brewing competitions. He will be on hand to answer any questions, and help you become experts in the finer points of beer and the brewing process. Their Executive Chef Bryan Whitehurst, is a 2001 grad of Johnson and Wales in Norfolk, VA. Their Pastry Chef, Christina Mackenzie earned her baking certificate at the California Culinary Institute, in Berkeley. She brings lots of experience baking desserts, breads, and Outer Banks wedding cakes and also coordinates special events and caterings.
After the sun goes down, and the tables are cleared, The Outer Banks Brew Station is one of the best places on the Outer Banks to go for a good time. They regularly feature local, regional and national live entertainment. They have one of the best sound and lighting systems on the beach and there is plenty of room to dance. If there are no bands booked, they generally have a DJ available to play all your favorite tunes and with one of the largest bars on the Outer Banks, The Outer Banks Brew Station is a great place to sit and enjoy one of the best beers you will find. They brew numerous beers right on the premises and you can check out the brewery from inside the restaurant. Their bar has all ABC permits so if you prefer something a little stronger, its available.
