Nags Head Bowling Center is the only Outer Banks bowling alley, but don’t believe that it means that they are complacent. Nags Head Bowling has the latest computer scoring, automatic bumpers for the children, and special lighting to go with the state of the art sound system. Nags Head Bowling is open daily and features a snack bar with sandwiches and great pizza. There is beer and wine available for adults, but Nags Head Bowling hosts alcohol free events as well. Be sure to check their calendar of events here or on their website for dates and times. If you are interested in Outer Banks Bowling Leagues give them a call as there are several leagues available. In addition to state of the art bowling on the Outer Banks, Nags Head bowling has an arcade for the kids that features many different types of games including skeeball and a great selection prizes to choose. There is a game room as well that features all the newest video games as well as an Air Hockey table.
Nags Head Bowling features Neon Nights on Friday and Saturday nights from 10:30 pm where a set price allows you three hours of bowling and includes shoe rentals. With a DJ spinning tunes and specialty lighting, it’s an experience not to be missed. Reservations are recommended to make sure your group has a lane. Families enjoy a special evening every Saturday from 5-7, where for only $30, up to six people enjoy two hours of bowling, shoe rentals, a free pizza and a pitcher of soda. This is a great family activity on the Outer Banks and will generate many family memories. Reservations are strongly recommended.
