     Kathryn's Bistro & Martini Bar in Emerald Isle NC is one of the premier restaurants on the Crystal Coast. The menu is incredible and the ambiance is just as intoxicating as the wine & martinis. Kathryn's Bistro & Martini Bar, a family owned and operated restaurant enjoying their third season in Emerald Isle. Ken, Kitch, Ryan, Tracie and Chef Perry invite you to join them for dinner every night during the season and Tuesday - Sunday nights in the off season beginning at 5:00 PM.
     The Martini Bar is open! Pick your favorite from a menu of thirty different Martinis like the Peach-tini or the Dark Chocolate-tini. If wine is more your style there is also an extensive wine list to compliment your meal or mood.
     Chef Michael Perry's specialty is Seared Maryland Crab Cakes made from his own secret recipe. Everything on the menu is a delicious adventure for you to enjoy. Choose from tasty appetizers like Firecracker Shrimp, dinners including certified Black Angus Beef, local seafood, and specialty dishes like Chicken Roulade, Seared Ahi Tuna, or Sautéed Soft Shell Crabs. Each dish is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palette.
