Summer Memories is a short stroll (only 220’) to the beautiful Corolla beaches, and offers a private hot tub, ocean horizon views and community tennis privileges. The lower level offers three bedrooms (one is a queen master with a private bath) and two full baths. The master bedroom has access to decking and the hot tub. The upper level offers a great room, a dining area , a kitchen and access to the sun decks.
Additional amenities in this condo include a hot tub; two cable TVs; two VCRs; a stereo with a CD & cassette player; playpen; high chair; crib; ceiling fans; a video library; books; games; beach chairs; two levels of decking and community tennis privileges. Beds can be made for additional $75 fee. Pets not permitted.
