The Good Egg in Corolla is the newest Outer Banks breakfast restaurant. Recently opened in Monterey Plaza, the Good Egg is open to serve the northern Outer Banks classic Outer Banks breakfasts. The a la carte menu features cinnamon swirl French toast, steak and eggs, two types of eggs Benedict (one with crab, yummy!) as well as traditional eggs and bacon or sausage and a variety of three egg omelets. All of their delicious Corolla breakfast items are available to-go as well, just call ahead and they will have your hot Outer Banks breakfast ready for you to pick up. In addition to their popular breakfast items, the Good Egg offers the only Corolla breakfast buffet. There are scrambled eggs, creamed chipped beef, every Southerner’s favorite sausage gravy and biscuits, as well as waffles, fruit and more. There is sure to be your favorite breakfast item waiting for you to arrive.
One of the largest concerns in dining in Corolla is a adequate seating for your party. Many of the homes in Corolla accommodate large groups that wish to dine together. That is no problem at the Good Egg. The spacious Corolla restaurant has ample seating for the largest of parties. The large dining room has flexible seating options to accommodate your group.
