It features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool and game room. Outside on the ground floor there is the brand new, heatable swimming pool, an outdoor shower and the beach access is just two doors down. Inside there is a game room with foosball and air hokey tables, car table and bedroom one. This bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath. The first floor features the living area with color cable TV & VCR. The dining area has table with seating for six and there are sliding glass doors from both the dining and living areas that lead to the deck overlooking the pool The kitchen area includes a microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar with additional seating for two. Bedroom two contains a queen bed and sliding doors to a private deck. Bedroom three has two twin beds and there is a full bath in the hallway.
