Pelican View is a wonderful sound front cottage in Emerald Isle. The Bogue Sound is your backyard! It is a four bedroom, three bathroom vacation rental with an elevator, private pool, hot tub and a private pier. Enjoy the Sound's sandy beach and sandy bottom, great for swimming, shallow water boating, kayaking, and sailing. The bedrooms have all been redecorated to give this home a fresh, new feeling. You can enjoy the magnificent ocean and sound views from the living area and since Pelican View is located in narrow part of the island, you are within walking distance to the ocean. Pelican View is also right across the street from the Emerald Isle Public Beach access, which makes visiting the beach even easier since you can park right at the access and use the public showers!
There are four bedroom in this house. Bedroom one is the master with a king size bed, and a private bath with whirlpool tub. Bedroom two also has a king bed. Bedroom three has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with bedroom two. On the second floor there is bedroom four with a king beds and a full bath. The huge open living area with great views, a dining area with a table for eight and a kitchen with Gen-Aire appliances ample cooking utensils, microwave, icemaker, dishwasher and pantry. This vacation rental on the Southern Outer Banks is perfect for a family beach vacation.
